UMBC’s Sherman Center for Early Learning in Urban Communities has an innovative Diverse Books Project (DBP), which ensures early childhood educators at their partner schools, have access to high-quality diverse children’s books and opportunities to share ideas and insights about their use.  UMBC's children's literacy experts curated a selection of exemplary books.

 

Our partnership with UMBC for our WEE Nation Reads with UMBC segment will enhance the children’s reading experience for teachers and families.
